Marry Me Potatoes Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient

Marry Me Potatoes Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient. My sister-in-law cooked these for Easter dinner. Three people wanted the recipe before dessert came out. They taste so good, you can’t stop eating them!

These easy slow cooker potatoes with just 3 things steal the show at holiday meals. My sister-in-law brought a big pot to Easter last year. Folks begged for the recipe fast! They’re super creamy and yummy, like fancy cheesy potatoes but simple to make. It all cooks in the slow cooker while you do other stuff.

These cozy potatoes go great with roast chicken, ham, pork, or steak. For a light meal, add a fresh green salad with zesty dressing. They pair well with cooked veggies like green beans, carrots, or asparagus. At parties, put the slow cooker on the table with bread, salad, and your main dish.

Creamy, golden potato slices simmer in rich herby sauce for tender, addictive bites. Ranch flavor shines through with minimal work—perfect for holidays or busy nights. Just slice, mix, and slow cook for showstopper sides everyone loves.

Marry Me Potatoes: Directions

  1. Spray or butter inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker lightly. This stops sticking on the sides.

  2. Wash gold potatoes and dry them. Keep skins on for nice texture. Cut into 1/4-inch rounds so they cook soft but stay whole.

  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream and ranch packet well. Stir until no lumps. This makes your tasty sauce.

  4. Put potato slices in slow cooker in a flat layer. Pull apart stuck ones so sauce covers all.

  5. Pour cream mix over potatoes. Press down gently with a spoon so all touch the sauce. It seems low at first, but potatoes add water as they cook.

  6. Cover and cook it on HIGH flame for 3 to 4 hrs or LOW flame for 6 to 7 hrs. Test with fork—they should be very soft. Sauce gets thick and creamy.

  7. Stir gently from edges to middle to coat potatoes. Put lid back. Set to WARM for 10-15 minutes. Edges turn golden and yummy.

  8. Stir once more. Serve right from cooker to keep warm. Scoop deep for extra creamy bits.
