Pork Chops and Stuffing-4-Ingredient In Slow Cooker
Servings: 4
Make tender pork chops and fluffy stuffing in your slow cooker with just four easy items. Juicy chops simmer under savory stuffing that soaks up creamy mushroom sauce and broth. Hands-on time is only 10 minutes. Cooks low and slow for a hearty family meal like grandma’s casserole—cozy, simple, and delicious!
Ingredients
-
4 pork chops without bone (1 to 1 1/2 pounds total, 3/4–1 inch thick)
-
1 box (6 ounces) stuffing mix (like Stove Top, any kind)
-
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
-
1 cup chicken broth (low-salt)

Pork Chops and Stuffing: Directions
-
Spray your slow cooker inside with no-stick spray or rub with a little oil for easy clean-up.
-
Put pork chops flat in a single layer at the bottom. A little overlap is fine, but keep them even for good cooking.
-
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth until smooth.
-
Pour half the mix over the chops so each gets some wetness.
-
Spread dry stuffing mix all over the top. Don’t stir it—leave it sitting on top.
-
Pour the rest of the soup mix on the stuffing. Gently push it down with a spoon to wet it a bit, but don’t smash it.
-
Cover and cook on LOW 5–6 hours, or HIGH 2 1/2–3 hours. Chops should be soft and done, stuffing moist and firm. Time may change by cooker or chop size.
-
Taste stuffing and add salt or pepper if you like. Serve chops with stuffing on top and spoon sauce from the bottom.
