What You Need

  • 4 pork chops without bone (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling

  • ½ cup plain applesauce (no sugar added)

  • 2 spoons soy sauce

  • 1 spoon cinnamon

  • ½ spoon garlic powder

Steps

  1. Spray a little oil inside your slow cooker (4-6 quarts big) so it’s easy to clean.

  2. Put pork chops flat on the bottom. Edges can touch a bit.

  3. In a bowl, mix apple pie filling, applesauce, soy sauce, cinnamon, and garlic powder good.

  4. Spoon the apple mix all over the pork. Cover every chop like a warm apple blanket.

  5. Put on the lid. Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2½-3 hours till pork is soft and 145°F inside.

  6. Taste sauce. Add tiny salt if you want. Serve pork with lots of apples and extra sauce on top.
