Chai Latte Cake Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient

Chai Latte Cake Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient. This easy slow cooker chai latte cake with just 3 things is a sweet treat that everyone loves at parties. My friend at work made one for our spring party, and it was gone first! It smells like warm chai drink in cake form, soft and yummy. With cake mix and stuff from your kitchen, it’s super simple to make for guests or quick nights.

Serve it hot from the cooker in bowls. It’s great alone, but add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for fun. It melts with the cinnamon. Drink it with hot chai, coffee, or milk for kids. For parties, keep it warm so people grab their own. Have caramel sauce to pour on top.

Make a cozy, spiced cake like liquid chai turned soft and sweet. Dump in cake mix, ready chai drink, and cinnamon. Slow cook for a moist treat with pretty swirls that smells amazing and serves a crowd warm from the pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

  • 1 1/2 cups ready chai latte (from box mix with milk, cold or room temp)

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Chai Latte Cake: Directions

  1. Spray a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with no-stick spray, or rub with butter or oil so cake won’t stick.

  2. In a bowl, stir cake mix and 1 1/2 cups chai latte until mostly mixed. It’s thick like thick pancake mix; don’t stir too much.

  3. Pour batter in cooker and smooth it flat with a spoon.

  4. Put 2 tablespoons cinnamon in a small bowl. Shake half over batter evenly.

  5. Use a knife tip or stick to swirl cinnamon into top of batter in fun loops for pretty lines. Add rest of cinnamon and swirl lightly. Leave some on top for brown streaks.

  6. Put lid on. Cook on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, or LOW 3 to 4 hours. Cake is done when middle is firm, top is golden with dark swirls, and toothpick has a few wet bits.

  7. Switch to WARM. Let sit covered 10-15 minutes to stay soft.

  8. Scoop warm cake into bowls. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if you want more smell.
