Tomato Sandwich. A classic tomato sandwich featuring fresh juicy slices, creamy mayonnaise, and simple seasoning, delivering a quick, refreshing, and satisfying bite perfect for light meals.

Ingredients

  • Bread (white or source dough) → 2 pieces
  • Large ripe tomato, sliced → 1
  • Mayonnaise → 2–3 tablespoons
  • Salt → to taste
  • Black pepper → to taste
  • Butter (not compulsory, toasting) → as needed

Tomato Sandwich: Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the bread pieces if you want, or you can leave them soft.
  2. Put a liberal amount of mayonnaise on a side of each slice.
  3. Place heavy tomato slices on a single bread in an even manner.
  4. Salt and black pepper Sprinkle them on top of tomatoes.
  5. The second slice of bread should be placed with its mayonnaise face up.
  6. Gently press, cut in half and serve immediately.
