Slow Cooker Fling Chicken. This super easy slow cooker chicken is perfect for busy days when you are too tired to cook a big meal. You only need three things from your kitchen — frozen chicken, one can of soup, and a seasoning packet. By dinner time, you will have soft, creamy, yummy chicken that your whole family will love and ask for seconds.

This 3-ingredient slow cooker chicken is creamy, tender, and full of flavor. Made with frozen chicken tenderloins, cream of chicken soup, and ranch seasoning, it is the easiest dinner ever. No thawing, no fuss — just set it and forget it!

What You Can Serve It With

This chicken tastes great when you put it on top of:

  • Hot egg noodles with a little butter
  • Mashed potatoes or plain white rice
  • Simple sides like green beans, peas, or a salad
  • You can also stir in some frozen mixed vegetables in the last 30 minutes and eat it like a thick, hearty stew

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of frozen chicken tenderloins (do not thaw them first)
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) of dry ranch dressing seasoning mix

Slow Cooker Fling Chicken: Directions

  1. Put the frozen chicken tenderloins into the bottom of a slow cooker (4 to 6 quart size). Try to spread them out as much as you can so they all cook the same. It’s fine if they cover each other a little.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and the dry ranch seasoning packet. Stir them well until they are mixed together. The mixture will be thick and look like a paste — that is totally fine and exactly what you want.
  3. Spoon the soup and ranch mixture on top of the frozen chicken. Use the back of your spoon to gently spread it around so most of the chicken gets covered. You do not need to add any water because the chicken will let out its own juices while it cooks, and that will make the sauce thinner on its own.
  4. Put the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW heat for 4 to 6 hours, or cook on HIGH heat for 2 and a half to 3 and a half hours. The chicken is ready when it is very soft and its inside temperature reads at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Because the chicken pieces may be different sizes, always check the thickest piece to make sure it is fully cooked.
  5. Once the chicken is all the way cooked, use two forks to pull it apart into smaller pieces right inside the slow cooker. Or, if you want, you can leave the pieces whole. Either way, stir the chicken around so it gets well coated with all that creamy sauce.
  6. Take a little taste of the sauce. If you think it needs it, add a small pinch of salt or black pepper. Keep in mind that the ranch packet already has a good amount of salt in it, so go easy. Serve the chicken nice and hot with lots of the creamy sauce poured over whatever side dish you picked.
