Ingredients

  • Beef roast → 2-3 lb

  • Reduced-sodium beef broth → 1 can (14 oz)

  • Garlic, minced → 3-4 cloves

  • Home-style noodles frozen eggs → 1 pkg. (24 oz)

  • Salt and pepper → to taste

Crockpot Beef and Noodles: Steps

  1. Season the meat on a plate. Add the beef bouillon and water into the slow cooker. Stir until the cube is melted. Then put on Worcestershire sauce and stir lightly. Add the seasoned meat.

  2. Cover and cook either 4-5 hours on HIGH or 8-9 hours on LOW.

  3. Once the shredded beef has been added, add cooked noodles and stir it gently.
