Balsamic Glazed Baby Potatoes Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient. My sister found this super easy side dish, and it made our holiday meals way better forever. Just 3 things for a yummy, sweet-tangy taste!
This slow cooker recipe uses only 3 things to make baby potatoes with a shiny, yummy balsamic coating. It’s a fun family find that shines at big dinners like Thanksgiving. My sister made it fast when the oven was full. The potatoes get soft, with a tasty glaze on every piece. Use baby potatoes, balsamic vinegar, and butter. It’s simple for busy nights but fancy for holidays next to roast meat.
Put these shiny potatoes on a white plate. Add a bit of big salt crystals right before serving. They taste great with turkey, chicken, pork, green beans, Brussels sprouts, or salad. For home dinners, add them to meatloaf or ham. The glaze mixes with meat juices. They warm up nicely, so make ahead when the oven is busy.
