Slow Cooker Spaghetti with Ground Beef
Step 1
Place the raw ground beef, chopped onion and chopped garlic into the crockpot. Roughly chop up the beef.
Step 2
Add the marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Bend the uncooked spaghetti noodles into halves and stack them inside the crockpot and push them down in a way that the majority of them are submerged in the sauce.
Step 4
Bake or simmer on LOW in 3-4 hours or until the pasta becomes tender, turning it once or twice at some point in the cooking time to avoid sticking.
Step 5
After cooking the spaghetti add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the spaghetti. Repeat the cover and cook 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
