Slow Cooker Pancake Dessert Yummy!…. A Sweet Surprise That Everyone Will Love….
One day I needed to bring a dessert to a party but didn’t have much time to bake. I looked in my freezer and found frozen mini pancakes, and I had some milk and syrup in my pantry. I mixed everything together in my slow cooker and let it cook while I did other things. When it was done, it was the best thing ever! It’s warm, sweet, and tastes like pancakes mixed with a yummy custard. Now my family asks me to make it all the time for parties, holidays, and special breakfasts. The best part? You barely have to do anything!
What You Need (Makes 6 Servings)
- One bag of frozen mini pancakes (about 4 cups—don’t thaw them first)
- 1 cup of evaporated milk (or regular milk if you don’t have evaporated)
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup (or regular pancake syrup)
- 2 big eggs

How to Make Slow Cooker Pancake Dessert
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or rub a little butter on the sides and bottom. This keeps things from sticking.
- Dump your frozen mini pancakes into the slow cooker and spread them out in one layer on the bottom. They can overlap a little bit—that’s totally okay. Just try to make it pretty even so they all cook the same way.
- In a bowl, crack your two eggs and beat them up with a fork. Then pour in your milk and syrup. Stir and stir until everything is mixed together really well and smooth. You shouldn’t see any lumpy egg stuff anymore.
- Slowly pour your sweet mixture all over the pancakes. Make sure every pancake gets some of the liquid. If some pancakes are sticking up above the liquid, gently push them down a little.
- Put the lid on your slow cooker and turn it on LOW. Let it cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When it’s done, the edges should look firm and the middle should still be a tiny bit jiggly. A knife stuck in the middle should come out mostly clean.
- Turn off the slow cooker and leave the lid on. Wait about 10 to 15 minutes. This helps it get even more firm and makes it easier to scoop.
- Scoop the warm pancake dessert into bowls. You can drizzle more syrup on top if you want, sprinkle powdered sugar, or put fresh berries on it. Eat it while it’s warm!
