Ingredients
For the sauce:

3 teaspoons wholegrain mustard

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

2 teaspoons honey
-
200 ml water
-
1/2 teaspoon Thai chicken powder (or 1/2 chicken stock cube)
Other stuff:

Your favorite sausages (as many as fit your slow cooker)

A handful of baby mushrooms, cut in half
To thicken:

1 teaspoon corn flour mixed with a little water

1 teaspoon chicken gravy granules
Sausages in Honey Mustard Sauce: Steps

Mix the sauce in a bowl: Add 3 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp dry mustard, 2 tsp honey, 200 ml water, and 1/2 tsp Thai chicken powder (or half a stock cube). Stir until smooth.

Put the sausages and halved baby mushrooms in your slow cooker.

Pour all the sauce over the top. Don’t stir yet!

Put the lid on. Cook on LOW all night (about 8 hours).

When done, mix 1 tsp corn flour with a splash of water to make a paste. Stir it in. Add 1 tsp chicken gravy granules too. Let it bubble a bit to thicken up.

Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or bread to mop up the sauce. Wow, it’s amazing!
