Roast in slow cooker

The best roast!
Ingredients:
• 2–3 lb. chuck roast
• 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter
• 1 lb. baby carrots
• 1–1.5 lbs. mini golden potatoes, halved
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 1 packet pot roast seasoning
• 4to6 pepperoncini peppers,
Put 1 tbsp. the juice
Method:
1. Add the chuck and butter roast at the bottom in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and roast seasoning packets evenly over the meat.
3. Scatter the carrots and half of the small potatoes over the baby roast.
4. Add the pepperoncini peppers and drizzle in a little of their juice.
5. Cook
• Low: 6–8 hours
• High: 4–6 hours
Cook until the meat is very tender and easily falls apart with a fork.
6. At the end drizzle the roast directly in crockpot and mixed with the juices.
