Juicy Steak Garlic Sauce. Steak made rich and tasting with a creamy sauce made of garlic. The ideal to have a special dinner or a warm-up night.

Ingredients

Steak

  • 2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin) (1–1½ inch thick)

  • Salt and black ground pepper, fresh

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup freshly showered Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme or Italian seasoning, dried

  • Optional: a sprinkling of beef broth or white wine

Garnish (optional)

  • Fresh parsley

Juicy Steak Garlic Sauce: Instructions

1. Prepare the Steak

  1. Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Dry and sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper.

2. Cook the Steak

  1. Heat a heavy sizzling pan (preferably cast iron) on high heat.

  2. Add olive oil and butter.

  3. Cook steaks to medium-rare, about 3–4 minutes per side, depending on taste.

  4. Remove steaks and let rest, loosely covered.

3. Make the Garlic Sauce

  1. Turn the same pan to medium heat.

  2. Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. De-glaze with a splash of wine or broth (optional).

  4. Add heavy cream and cook 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.

  5. Stir in Parmesan, black pepper, and herbs.

4. Finish & Serve

  1. Return steaks to pan and pour sauce over steaks.

  2. Bake 1–2 minutes to coat steaks.

  3. Serve with fresh parsley and hot.
