Glazed Chicken Breasts In Slow Cooker. My husband is more than addicted to the same! We are through with serving one and he is already making demands of when I can serve it again haha. I must educate him to make it!
Ingredients

2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Glaze

1/2 cup honey (or brown sugar)

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Glazed Chicken Breasts: Instructions

Prep chicken – Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the slow cooker.

Make glaze – Add honey, soy, garlic, ketchup, olive oil, and vinegar to a bowl and stir.

Cook – Pour glaze over chicken. Cover and cook:

LOW: 4-5 hours

HIGH: 2-3 hours
Chicken must be tender and juicy.

Thicken glaze (optional) – Take out chicken and put the sauce in a saucepan. Bring to boil 5-7 minutes until thickened. Serve chicken pouring the glaze over it.

Serve With – Steamed rice or quinoa, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
