Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups egg noodles
1 small onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients: Place chicken breasts, diced onion, sliced carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper into the crockpot. Pour in chicken broth.
Cook Chicken:
Cover and cook
6-7 hours on low until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
Shred Chicken: Remove chicken and shred with two forks, then return to the crockpot.
Add Noodles and Cream: Stir in egg noodles, heavy cream, and butter.
Further Cook:
