  • Beef broth → 4 cups

  • Tomato paste → 1 tablespoon

  • Paprika → 1 teaspoon

  • Dried thyme → 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt and black pepper → to taste

Beef and Veggie Soup: Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef to a large pot under medium heat and cook until it is brown, breaking it up in the process.
