Ingredients
Steak

2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin) (1–1½ inch thick)

Salt and black ground pepper, fresh

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter
Creamy Garlic Sauce
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup freshly showered Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon thyme or Italian seasoning, dried
-
Optional: a sprinkling of beef broth or white wine
Garnish (optional)

Fresh parsley
Juicy Steak Garlic Sauce: Instructions
1. Prepare the Steak

Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.

Dry and sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Steak
-
Heat a heavy sizzling pan (preferably cast iron) on high heat.

Add olive oil and butter.
-
Cook steaks to medium-rare, about 3–4 minutes per side, depending on taste.

Remove steaks and let rest, loosely covered.
3. Make the Garlic Sauce

Turn the same pan to medium heat.
-
Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

De-glaze with a splash of wine or broth (optional).

Add heavy cream and cook 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.

Stir in Parmesan, black pepper, and herbs.
4. Finish & Serve

Return steaks to pan and pour sauce over steaks.

Bake 1–2 minutes to coat steaks.

Serve with fresh parsley and hot.
