This Pepper Steak Crockpot is prepared using peppers and is very simple and delicious. Nothing is difficult to prepare because all you need are such basic ingredients as sirloin steak, peppers, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Put it in a slow cooker and cook it over a couple of hours and the steak is tender and rich.
Ingredients

2 lbs. steak (Sirloin), cut into strips.

2 tsp. Minced garlic

2 Tbsp. Olive oil

2/3 C. Hot water

1 Beef bouillon cube

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1 C. Chopped onion

3 Tbsp. Soy sauce

1 tsp. Brown sugar

1 Can Diced tomatoes
-
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pepper to taste

2 Bell peppers sliced
Crockpot Pepper Steak: Directions

Warm the olive oil in a pan on the stove on medium-high heat.

Put the steak in it and cook it until brown.

Add the bouillon into hot water and stir until it is dissolved.

Mix the water and cornstarch together, then pour it into the crockpot.

Add soy sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce into the crockpot.

Prepare the peppers and tomatoes and add them into the crockpot.

Add the onion and the beef that is browned. Mix everything well.

Cook on High flame will take 3 hrs or on Low flame 6 to 7 hours.

Towards the last, add the diced bell peppers and cook another hour.
