Crockpot Cowboy Mac n’ Cheese. This is a warm and filling slow cooker meal. It has beef, beans, pasta, and lots of cheese. Everything cooks together to make a thick and tasty dish. It is great for family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (browned and drained)

  • 1 packet chili seasoning mix

  • Use two cans of chili beans, about 15 ounces each. You can also use kidney beans instead.

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni (uncooked)

  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese.

  • 8 oz Velveeta (cubed)

Crockpot Cowboy Mac n’ Cheese: Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a pan until it turns brown and is not pink anymore. Then pour out the extra grease.

  2. Add in Crockpot – Beef, chili seasoning, Rotel, beans, and beef broth. Stir.

  3. Cook – Bake on LOW 6- 7 hours or HIGH 3- 4 hours.

  4. Add Pasta and Cheese – 30 minutes until ready, add elbow Macaroni, cheddar cheese, and velveeta. Cover and cook pasta and cheese melt.

  5. Serve Hot – Stir thoroughly, until it becomes thick, and pour out in bowls. Add additional cheese on top in case you want an intense cheese pull.
